1. Returns for Customized Products
Our products are customized for each order, and as such, we do not accept returns, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the order placed.

If you have received a defective or incorrect product (e.g. wrong size, incorrect design), please contact us at vertigenstore@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving the order. We will assess the issue and offer you a solution: replacement or refund.

3. Modifying or Canceling an Order
If you made an error while placing your order (e.g. wrong product, incorrect size, etc.), please contact us within 2-4 hours of placing the order to cancel or modify it. After this period, the order will be processed and considered successfully placed, and no changes can be made.

4. Returns for Correct Products
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that have been correctly produced, even if they do not meet the customer’s expectations. Please carefully review the details of your order before completing the purchase.
